Your bathroom corner is the last free ground in a small room, and this cabinet is drawn to fill it without blocking the door swing. The unit stands on the floor and is anchored to the wall after you level it, before you load it, with the fittings in the carton and the step numbered on our sheet.
You open the flat pack in the room where it will live. You assemble it there, level it against the wall, anchor it, then load your shelves.
Anything here that stands on the floor with drawers, doors or shelves belongs anchored to the wall. The consumer safety commission launched its anchoring campaign in 2015 and reported ten years later that tip-over injuries and deaths had fallen by nearly half; the instruction behind that number is the one sentence above.
