Your wall needs 68 inches of clear height and a surface that will take anchor hardware driven in after you have stood the cabinet upright and brought it level. Check for baseboard, outlet covers, or trim that would keep the back panel from sitting flat.
Open the carton on the floor of the room where it will stand. Lay out the parts and the sheet with numbered steps. Build the frame, fit the wine rack, stand the unit upright, and adjust the feet until it is level before you drive the anchoring fittings into the wall. Load it only after the brackets are tight.
